Sometimes, the big companies are just not the solutions to your everyday problems. Ceeva recently acquired a new customer in the non-profit sector who was unhappy with their current IT vendor. The following is an email that was sent to us on our first visit to the new customer: "I know in our contract it said that we could not hire anyone from CEEVA?!? It said nothing about kidnapping, however. So, we have decided to kidnap Jay. Don’t worry – there will be no demand for ransom… Thank you – we are more pleased today – than we have been in a year.
