I’m sure none of us will forget the Spring of 2020 any time soon. What a challenging time this has been and continues to be, for so many people and businesses in our area and worldwide.
Like all of you, Ceeva has been adjusting to the ‘new normal’ or, at least the temporary normal, over the course of the last month or so. We are pleased that our business model and culture have allowed us to continue to serve our client’s needs remotely and to provide the expertise you have come to expect from Ceeva staff.
As we move forward, we wanted to share the safety measures we will be implementing for all technicians and engineers when they visit your site. Our plan to follow the guidelines established by both the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
You can expect the following from Ceeva technicians and engineers:
- Wearing masks;
- Practicing social distancing;
- Using disinfectant wipes to clean any surfaces touched during their on-site visit;
- Washing their hands frequently and for the requisite 20 seconds;
- And, coughing into their elbow.
Ceeva’s chief concern is for the health and safety of its employees and the well-being of our client’s staff. Our hope is that all of our clients will be practicing similar safety guidelines.
Ceeva will continue to provide timely, efficient response and support, along with excellent technical expertise to all of our clients. We are here to help our clients reach their goals.
Stay safe and healthy.
